No Pain No Gain

All of us except Liz, cycled for 20 miles today. Two days ago I had a pint of blood pumped out and today I got my cleats stuck in the pedal, fell off my bike and bloodied my knee. No pain no gain...

Mission Statement

We are 8 people cycling 330 miles from Land's End to Oxhill in June 2010 to raise money for Different Strokes, a charity for young stroke survivors.

We are out of shape, over aged, pub loving people with more good will than sense.

Join us here at our blog as we plan, train, drink and finally cycle!
